I absolutely love this product! I have been tempted to try ACV for some time to reap the health benefits but couldn’t make myself drink it! I am so glad I tried these capsules. I have noticed a real difference in digestion, ie: less bloated and IBS symptoms have eased. Also, my acid reflux symptoms have improved since I started taking the ACV capsules. I don’t weigh myself so I can’t speak to weight loss but I know my clothes fit better ( I have been working out again for the last month so some of that is the hard work!).
